Hanging Rock Corporate Weekday Pass Application
Cost
- For 4 named individuals: $3,400
- For 8 named individuals: $6,400
Terms
- The 2008 Corporate Weekday Pass is valid Jan. 1-Dec. 31, 2008.
Privileges & Benefits
- Named individuals receive unlimited green fees
- Named individuals receive unlimited buckets of range balls
- Named individuals pay a discounted cart fee ($15.00, tax included)
- Each named individual may bring 3 guests per round
- Guests of named indiviudals will pay just the applicable player's card fee
- 20% over cost on all Hanging Rock merchandise, plus appropriate shipping charges
- Half price on fountain drinks in the snack bar
- Reserve tee times 10 days in advance
- Weekend play will be permitted at the applicable player's card rate
- Payments may be made in three equal monthly installments in January, February and March
Terms & Conditions
- Annual Corporate Weekday Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Golf carts are mandatory until 1 p.m. every day.
- Proof of Corporate Weekday Pass may be required.
- No one may hold more than one Corporate Weekday Pass.
- Hanging Rock Golf Club, Inc. reserves the right to modify these rules, terms and conditions without prior notice.
- All dress code, rules of play and club regulations apply.
- All Corporate Weekday Pass holders will use the facility at their own risk. In accepting this risk of injury, the applicant understands that he or she is relieving the club and those employed by or affiliated with the club from any loss, cost of claims.
- Corporate Weekday Pass not valid for outside tournaments or outings.
- Designated tournaments/outings take a precedence over open play.

| This agreement between the "Corporate Weekday Pass Holder" and Hanging Rock Golf Club, Inc., as stated in the terms and conditions, binds the undersigned to the terms and conditions of Hanging Rock Golf Club, Inc. I have read the rules as well as the terms and conditions. I agree to abide by all stated. |
