Print this application, fill it out completely and bring to the golf shop with your fee and get started saving with the Hanging Rock Player's Card! Cost is $47.50 through Dec. 31, 2007. After that date, the fee will be $62.50.

| This agreement between "The Card Holder" and Hanging Rock Golf Club, Inc., as stated in the terms and conditions, binds the undersigned to the terms and conditions of Hanging Rock Golf Club, Inc. I have read the rules as well as the terms and conditions. I agree to abide by all stated. |

Privileges & Benefits
- Your playing fee is guaranteed
- You may call for tee times 5 days in advance
- Any size bucket of range balls at 1/2 price
- 10% discount on any Hanging Rock merchandise over $25 (excluding sale items)
- 50 cents off on fountain drinks at the snack bar
Terms & Conditions
- Player's Card rates apply for individual cart and green fees only. Player's Card not valid for outside tournaments or outings.
- Proof of Player's Card may be required.
- No one may hold more than one Player's Card. Player's Cards are non-transferable.
- Taxes are solely the reponsibility of the card holder.
- Hanging Rock Golf Club, Inc. reserves the right to modify these rules, terms and conditions without prior notice.
- All dress code, rules of play and club regulations apply.
- All card holders will use the facility at their own risk. In accepting this risk of injury, the applicant understands that he or she is relieving the club and those employed by or affiliated with the club from any loss, cost of claims.
2008 Playing Fee
- Weekdays: $31.00
- Senior Weekday Fee: $27.50
- Wekends and Holidays: $41.00
- Fee includes 18-hole green and cart fee
